Sergio Ramos García (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈserxjo ˈramoz ɣarˈθi.a]; born 30 March 1986) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Real Madrid and the Spain national football team. He serves as captain for Real Madrid. A central defender, he can also play as a right back, a position he primarily fulfilled earlier in his career.

After emerging through Sevilla's youth academy, Ramos went on to be a mainstay for Real Madrid. He won ten major honours for the latter, also being one of La Liga's top scorers from a defensive position.

Internationally Ramos competed with the Spanish national team in three World Cups and two European Championships, winning the former tournament in 2010 and the latter in 2008 and 2012. He made his first appearance at the age of 18 and, in 2013,  he became the youngest player to ever reach 100 caps.

 Most of the children, nowadays, learn how to use electronic devices from a very young age. Of course, as we know, this isn’t such a good habit.

 Some said that using devices from a very young age has advantages. I strongly disagree. In my opinion and scientist’s opinion this view is wrong. Using devices from a very young age has no advantages! Before some years, a Chinese Scientist said that children must not use any device until the age of 9, when he will have learned all the Chinese alphabet. He believed that if a child knows all the alphabet, he will be able to use any device very easily. Strangely, this theory works. For some years until today, as I know, some Chinese do not use any device until the age of 9 and as a result, they become very good at using devices. But in my opinion, the language also works positive or negative. For example our language and Chinese, are completed so, they help the children. Except that, if children use devices from a very young age, there is the danger of addiction. And as far as I know, no one wants to have a child addicted to devices. Also devices harm our health and much more as we grow up. We all know that devices such, mobile phones and computers, destroy our brains’ cells.

When your parents were young, people could buy cigarettes and smoke pretty much anywhere — even in hospitals! Ads for cigarettes were all over the place. Today we're more aware about how bad smoking is for our health. Smoking is restricted or banned in almost all public places and cigarette companies are no longer allowed to advertise on TV, radio, and in many magazines.

Almost everyone knows that smoking causes cancer, emphysema, and heart disease; that it can shorten your life by 10 years or more; and that the habit can cost a smoker thousands of dollars a year. So how come people are still lighting up? The answer, in a word, is addiction.

The basic components of a speargun are a spear, a stock or barrel, and a handle or grip containing a trigger mechanism. Spearguns are usually from 0.5 to 2 m (1.6 to 6.6 ft) long, round or roughly rectangular from 28 to 75 mm (1.1 to 3.0 in) in diameter/width. 

Types of spearguns

The two most common types are:

• Rubber (or band) powered - which are the simplest and cheapest to maintain, with rubber being the predominant type, and;
• Air powered (Pneumatic).

  

Dolan Twins

Ethan and Grayson Dolan are twins from New Jersey USA and are 16 years old. They were born on the 16^th of December 1999. Ethan is 20 minutes older than Grayson.
