Sergio Ramos García (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈserxjo ˈramoz ɣarˈθi.a]; born 30 March 1986) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Real Madrid and the Spain national football team. He serves as captain for Real Madrid. A central defender, he can also play as a right back, a position he primarily fulfilled earlier in his career.

After emerging through Sevilla's youth academy, Ramos went on to be a mainstay for Real Madrid. He won ten major honours for the latter, also being one of La Liga's top scorers from a defensive position.

Internationally Ramos competed with the Spanish national team in three World Cups and two European Championships, winning the former tournament in 2010 and the latter in 2008 and 2012. He made his first appearance at the age of 18 and, in 2013,  he became the youngest player to ever reach 100 caps.

 Most of the children, nowadays, learn how to use electronic devices from a very young age. Of course, as we know, this isn’t such a good habit.

 Some said that using devices from a very young age has advantages. I strongly disagree. In my opinion and scientist’s opinion this view is wrong. Using devices from a very young age has no advantages! Before some years, a Chinese Scientist said that children must not use any device until the age of 9, when he will have learned all the Chinese alphabet. He believed that if a child knows all the alphabet, he will be able to use any device very easily. Strangely, this theory works. For some years until today, as I know, some Chinese do not use any device until the age of 9 and as a result, they become very good at using devices. But in my opinion, the language also works positive or negative. For example our language and Chinese, are completed so, they help the children. Except that, if children use devices from a very young age, there is the danger of addiction. And as far as I know, no one wants to have a child addicted to devices. Also devices harm our health and much more as we grow up. We all know that devices such, mobile phones and computers, destroy our brains’ cells.

When your parents were young, people could buy cigarettes and smoke pretty much anywhere — even in hospitals! Ads for cigarettes were all over the place. Today we're more aware about how bad smoking is for our health. Smoking is restricted or banned in almost all public places and cigarette companies are no longer allowed to advertise on TV, radio, and in many magazines.

Almost everyone knows that smoking causes cancer, emphysema, and heart disease; that it can shorten your life by 10 years or more; and that the habit can cost a smoker thousands of dollars a year. So how come people are still lighting up? The answer, in a word, is addiction.

Types of spearguns

The two most common types are:

• Rubber (or band) powered - which are the simplest and cheapest to maintain, with rubber being the predominant type, and;
• Air powered (Pneumatic).

  

Dolan Twins

Ethan and Grayson Dolan are twins from New Jersey USA and are 16 years old. They were born on the 16^th of December 1999. Ethan is 20 minutes older than Grayson.

Από το υπουργείο Παιδείας καθορίστηκαν  οι Σχολές, τα τμήματα και οι Εισαγωγικές κατευθύνσεις  των Σχολών, των Τμημάτων και των Εισαγωγικών Κατευθύνσεων Τμημάτων για πρόσβαση των αποφοίτων Επαγγελματικού Λυκείου (ΕΠΑ.Λ.) σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του Ν. 4186/2013 (ΦΕΚ 193 Α ́), όπως ισχύει.

Το επάγγελμα του Πυροσβέστη (επαγγελματική μονογραφία)

Στα πλαίσια του Επαγγελματικού Προσανατολισμού στην Γ' Γυμνασίου, στις 11/2/2016 επισκέφθηκε το σχολείο μας ο κος Γαβαλάς, επικεφαλής του Πυροσβεστικού Κλιμακίου της Πάρου. 

Μας μίλησε για το επάγγελμα του πυροσβέστη, τα είδη των πυρκαγιών και τους τρόπους αντιμετώπισής τους από το Πυροσβεστικό Σώμα. 

Μας ενημέρωσε επίσης για τους πυροσβεστήρες και τη σωστή χρήση τους. 

Μετά το τέλος της ενημέρωσης μας έδειξε τη λειτουργία ενός πυροσβεστικού οχήματος που ήρθε γι' αυτό το σκοπό στο προαύλιο του σχολείου μας.

Τον ευχαριστούμε θερμότατα για τις πολύτιμες πληροφορίες του και τις απαντήσεις του στις απορίες μας.

Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s. Zumba is a trademark owned by Zumba Fitness, LLC. The Brazilian pop singer Claudia Leitte has become the international ambassador to Zumba Fitness.

Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included. Approximately 15 million people take weekly Zumba classes in over 200,000 locations across 180 countries.

Οδηγίες στα σχολεία σχετικά με την εποχική γρίπη

Για την αντιμετώπιση της γρίπης για τους μαθητές συστήνονται κανόνες ατομικής υγιεινής, όπως: 

• Αποφυγή επαφής χεριών με τα μάτια, τη μύτη και το στόμα για τη μείωση του κινδύνου μόλυνσης. 
• Αποφυγή κοινής χρήσης των μολυβιών, των στυλό, των μαρκαδόρων και άλλων προσωπικών αντικειμένων. 
• Σε βήχα ή φτέρνισμα, κάλυψη της μύτης και του στόματος με το μανίκι στο ύψος του αγκώνα ή με χαρτομάντιλο. 
• Το χρησιμοποιημένο χαρτομάντιλο πρέπει να απορρίπτεται αμέσως μετά τη χρήση στους κάδους απορριμμάτων. 
• Απαγορεύεται τα παιδιά να πίνουν νερό απευθείας από τη βρύση με το στόμα. 
• Τακτικό πλύσιμο των χεριών των παιδιών και των εργαζομένων με υγρό σαπούνι και νερό ή εναλλακτικά να χρησιμοποιείται αντισηπτικό αλκοολούχο διάλυμα ή χαρτομάντιλα με αλκοόλη.

Από το ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ (Κέντρο Ελέγχου και Πρόληψης Νοσημάτων) αναφέρονται τα συμπτώματα της γρίπης και των ιώσεων.

Ημέρα ασφαλούς διαδικτύου - 9 Φεβρουαρίου 2016

Στα πλαίσια της ημέρας του Ασφαλούς Διαδικτύου, στις 9 Φεβρουαρίου 2016, στα τμήματα του σχολείου μας έγινε προβολή μιας ταινίας που αφορά τον κυβερνοεκφοβισμό (cyberbulling) μέσω του διαδικτύου και στη συνέχεια ακολούθησε συζήτηση για το τι μπορεί να κάνει ένας μαθητής όταν δεχθεί παρενόχληση ή εκβιασμό μέσα από συζητήσεις, σχόλια, βίντεο, αναρτήσεις.

Τι μπορείς να κάνεις αν κάποιος σε παρενοχλεί στα social media με προσβλητικά ή δυσφημιστικά ή συκοφαντικά μηνύματα ή αναρτήσεις :

1.  Αν θέλεις να αφαιρεθεί εντελώς η δημοσίευση, μπορείς να το ζητήσεις από το άτομο που τη δημοσίευσε ή το διαχειριστή του μέσου. Ίσως να μην έχουν αντιληφθεί ότι η συγκεκριμένη ανάρτηση έχει ενοχλήσει κάποια άτομα.

Το Διαδίκτυο είναι ένας θαυμαστός κόσμος, όπου όλοι μπορούν να μάθουν απ’ όλους. 
Οι τεχνολογικά ενήμεροι νέοι μπορούν να διδάξουν τους μεγαλύτερους να χειρίζονται τις νέες τεχνολογίες, ενώ οι γονείς και οι παππούδες μπορούν να μοιραστούν τις εμπειρίες τους, ώστε οι νεότεροι να προσέξουν τις παγίδες στο Διαδίκτυο όταν «σερφάρουν».

Η ημέρα ασφαλούς διαδικτύου για το 2016 είναι η 9η Φεβρουαρίου.
